FinCoreFlow · Finance Automation Platform
Finance documents in. Structured, audit-ready data out.
FinCoreFlow is a finance automation platform built on OCR-first document intake, structured extraction, and ERP-ready outputs. Designed for European and GCC SMEs that have outgrown manual document handling but aren’t ready to buy a million-euro finance suite.

The platform
Intake. Extract. Output.
Every channel, one inbox.
Forwarded email, mobile photo, drag-and-drop web upload. Every supplier, every receipt, every invoice arrives at a single address per tenant. The intake layer is the rail; whatever lands enters the same pipeline.
POST /webhook · share_target · email forwardEvery field that finance teams use.
A multi-stage OCR cascade extracts supplier, supplier identifier with country, totals, VAT lines, dates, currency, line items, and document references. Every field carries a confidence score, validated against UAE TRN, Finnish y-tunnus, German USt-IdNr, and other EU/GCC patterns.
Azure DI prebuilt-invoice → tier-2 LLM fallback · confidence per fieldStructured by default. Not by export.
Every captured document is structured data from the moment of extraction. JSON for APIs. Peppol-compatible XML for e-invoicing. UAE FTA and KSA Fatoorah envelopes available alongside. Audit trail on every document, every event, every correction.
JSON · XML (Peppol BIS · ZUGFeRD · UAE FTA) · webhooks · RESTHow it works
From inbox to ledger, without a keystroke.
One invoice through the FinCoreFlow pipeline — intake, extraction, review, approval, output. Each step is a real surface in the working application.
- 01
A document arrives
Forward a supplier email to your tenant's intake address. FinCoreFlow captures the attachment, queues it for extraction, and links it to the sending domain.
- 02
Extraction runs
A multi-stage OCR cascade extracts every field — supplier name and country-aware identifier, totals, VAT lines, currency, dates, references. Each field carries its own confidence score.
- 03
Confidence is graded
Fields the system is sure about move forward without touch. Uncertain fields land in the reviewer queue with the values surfaced and the original document open side-by-side.
- 04
Reviewer flagged if needed
A reviewer opens the flagged document, sees the extraction next to the PDF, corrects the value in a single click, and re-extracts. The audit trail captures the correction.
- 05
Approved
A single-step approval workflow is available in settings for teams that want it. Approved documents are ready for downstream consumption.
- 06
Output
Structured data flows out. JSON via API. Peppol-compatible XML for e-invoicing. ERP-ready payload for downstream finance systems. Every action is traced.
Use cases
Built for finance teams that handle real document volume.
Accounts payable automation
Capture every supplier invoice through one address. Extracted, reviewed, approved, exported — without manual retyping.
Email-based invoice intake
A single tenant address consolidates a dozen sender inboxes into one queue, with sender attribution and missing-receipt reminders.
OCR-to-bookkeeping handoff
Structured extraction lands directly in your accounting system. No re-entry, no parallel spreadsheets, no PDF-to-Excel busywork.
E-invoicing and XML outputs
Every captured document is mapped to compatible output shapes — built to support Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, EN 16931, UAE FTA, KSA Fatoorah.
Trust & security
Designed for the trust standards your finance team requires.
FinCoreFlow is built with a security-by-design approach. GDPR-aware data handling, role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, signed webhook intake, and an audit trail on every action. Independent cybersecurity validation is part of the planned operating model; ISO 27001 readiness is a near-term target on the roadmap.

For investors
The intake wedge. The finance-automation opportunity.
Document intake is where finance-operations friction is most acute. FinCoreFlow is the wedge that opens the broader rail — from intake through structured extraction, e-invoicing alignment, ERP integration, and downstream finance automation. The platform thesis is the connective tissue between an SME’s inbox and its ledger.
The operational prototype is live: OCR cascade, email intake, reviewer workflow, structured outputs, audit trail. The architecture is in place; the demo walks the working system end to end.
The engine expands outward into the broader finance-operations rail.
